Last 5 days to choose the jobs
If we take a look to the captain we have a very good fight between Ginés with 42% of the votes and Teo with 37%. Who will be our LEADER!!!
And finally we need to choose a coach as well and we have a Ginés like a favouritewith the 70% of the votes and a server (Jacobo) with the 22% of the votes. Who will be designated MISTER!!!
We have only 5 days to vote!!!!!

League Rules
London Football reserves the right to exclude players and teams from the League indefinitely for violent conduct or other behaviour deemed by London Football to be unacceptable.
Teams can be ejected by London Football at any point in the season, following bad behaviour, without giving a reason! Entry in subsequent seasons can be refused (without reason) to such teams.
Remember, your first match could be your last match with London Football!
THE GAME:
Teams may use a maximum of 10 players during one match, one of whom is a goalkeeper.
The number of substitutions made during a match is unlimited (rolling subs).
Teams MUST play their match if they have five or more players!
A team can NOT play if they have less than five players!
Kick-off: Play will start with a kick-off by the ‘Home’ team. The second half commences with a kick-off by the ’Away’ team.
Head Height: The ball may be played over head height.
Free Kick: All free kicks are direct. Opponents must stand three yards away from the ball.
Penalty Kicks: Are taken on the edge of the penalty area. Goalkeeper must stay as close as they can to their goal line.
Throw-in: All throw-ins shall be under-arm (below knee height), infringements will result in a foul throw (referee's discretion).
Back Pass:
A teammate receiving the ball from the keeper may not return the ball directly to him - the ball must first be touched by another teammate or an opponent. A free kick will be awarded against the offending team from the place where the defending player returned the ball (minimum two meters outside the area).
A teammate passing the ball to the keeper may receive the ball directly from him.
Goalkeepers:
The goalkeeper must return the ball into play by rolling it out of his area with an under-arm (below knee height). If the ball is returned any other way (referee's discretion) a free-kick will be given to the opposition two meters outside the area.
THE D-AREA:
Referees will award a free kick against players who DELIBERATELY enter an opponent's D-area to attack (referee's discretion).
Referees will award a penalty kick against players who DELIBERATELY enter their D-area to defend or to move across the D-area to gain advantage (referee's discretion).
Goalkeepers may not leave the D-area, referees will award a penalty kick against goalkeepers who DELIBERATELY leave their D-area (referee's discretion).
Players can only score from outside the D-area, if a player scores a goal and his impetus then carries him into the D-area, the goal stands (referee's discretion).
Referees will award a free kick against goalkeepers who have the ball in their position in the D-area for longer than six seconds (referee's discretion).
London Football will not refund money to any team under any circumstances if a match kicks-off late.
If a match kicks off less than 16 minutes late, the full match should be played.
The match is NOT to be played if it kicks off 16 minutes or more late, unless BOTH teams AND the referee agrees to play. If un-played, London Football will award a 0-0 defeat against the team at fault and they will be fined an extra match fee!
If both teams are late for kick-off, London Football will award a 0-0 draw and match fees will not be refunded.

Training Day
Wanted captain, coach and president.
A President : This person will be responsible for all the Administrative things, Players and Sponsors together with all the members of the board, who also have to choose. (It can also be a player)
A Coach: He will have the duty to lead the team in both training and matches. Keep track of the processes of the players. Choose which strategies and players will play the next game. (always with help)
A Captain: He will be chosen to be the team leader, who will represent, in the field, all his colleagues against the match referee and he also will be in charge for the organization and control of the team under the orders of coach.
After all this, if you feel you are able to take any of these responsibilities in the Melia team, write a comment and vote!!
