A President : This person will be responsible for all the Administrative things, Players and Sponsors together with all the members of the board, who also have to choose. (It can also be a player)
A Coach: He will have the duty to lead the team in both training and matches. Keep track of the processes of the players. Choose which strategies and players will play the next game. (always with help)
A Captain: He will be chosen to be the team leader, who will represent, in the field, all his colleagues against the match referee and he also will be in charge for the organization and control of the team under the orders of coach.
After all this, if you feel you are able to take any of these responsibilities in the Melia team, write a comment and vote!!

ReplyDeleteIts great that we have finally entered the tournament and as we all know we must train and practice as often as possible, so drink less on Saturdays so as to be fit and fresh on Sundays. ;-).
As per my perspective, I suggest/vote the following for the Captain, Coach and president:
President – Michele, because he has self elected him self…. ;-) Just joking.. I think it should be him (Michele) as he took the initiative and took the lead in enrolling and other initial processes were carried out by him effectively. and I am sure Michele will do the same in the future to enrol in new tournaments and organising matches with teams, other hotel teams etc.
Michele another idea could be to source sponsorships and Marco Estevez can help us in doing so, Marco has already got the team uniforms (which I believe are in stores).
Coach – Gines Lorente Barcelona as he has good football brain & knowledge plus he will command respect of the team. Gines can help us make strategies and of course Gines will be playing as well.
Captain – Teo - because of his all around performance and selfless display of the game on the pitch as we have often seen for ourselves.
The above suggestions are purely my point of view and I hope everyone of us will contribute so it will make it easier for us to nominate a captain/coach.
Lets have regular practice guys and play consistently.
